1. Not safe for long term Career. Many loyal employees lost their job due to merger with Praxair and as per global target to reduce operations cost. 2. There is lot of internal politics and lobbying between Linde and Praxair employees. Not a successful merger. 3. Don't value to the employees. Many permanent positions converted in contract. 4. Onsites run with very few engineers, focusing more on automation. 5. More position will reduce due to ROC policy in India in near future. 6. Money syphon policy from India under a global brand imposing monopoly business strategy. Generating threats to the industrial gas market in India, which is not good for Indian employees as well as Indian customer.
