Workflow and internal processes can be disorganised at times despite having systems in place. Process housekeeping and communication could be improved. Training and onboarding were limited, and expectations were sometimes unclear. Team culture felt quite individualistic, making collaboration more difficult. Management style could also be less micromanaging and more supportive in terms of guidance and communication.
