Being with Linium for as long as I have I've seen many people come and go through the years for various reasons. Linium has been a company set on growth from day one. If your not producing, unable to preform your job duties, making mistakes or plaguing the company culture there is no reason for the company to keep your on board. So, be prepared to bust your hump if you plan to work for Linium. The harder you work the more you will be compensated, simple as that. The culture at Linium is great, very team oriented and they like to have fun. The are very active in giving back and being active in the community. One of the many great things about working for them is the ability to work remote depending on your position. Being a tech centered company makes this all possible. They pride themselves on their service and being innovative. So, if your are a techie person this company is for you. Year after year they continue to grow and I'm proud to be a part of their team and it helps that they are a fun bunch to work with too!

The only "con" that comes to mind is when former employees decide to bash the company or the CEO.
As a Linium lifer, I find it disheartening that people would feel so compelled to try to destroy a company and spread erroneous lies. If you were "let go" I'm sure it was for a legitame reason and if you quit, move on with your life. Your not doing anyone a service by making up lies.
