Beware, the IT department is the most toxic culture ever, driven by the IT Director, who expects the team to work ALL hours, wants them to complete tasks/projects to the highest standard in unachievable timescales with little to no budget or resource, no consideration for the team members whatsoever, even plays team members against each other, and does not fit the culture the company is trying to uphold. Mistakes are not tolerated, unmanageable workloads are the norm. You should work for the IT Team if you want mental health issues and don't like a personal life.
