Pluspunten

Remote, kind coworkers, punctual payment

Minpunten

* no onboarding *they use a tracking software, that means that you can not go to the bathroom since that time will be discounted * They add more responsibilities that are not for your current position * They have no idea what they want, change requirements every day * stressful work * bad practices in software development * they have no idea how to do scrum, so every day you have to ask for more work in few work this is an old fashion company where they are more focus on how long the person is on front the computer instead of results, if you want a good work environment this is not the right place

Pluspunten

The teamwork and collaboration at LinkGraph have been a cornerstone of my experience. The company truly values team interaction, and it's evident in the way we work together seamlessly. Whether it's brainstorming sessions, project discussions, or just day-to-day interactions, the camaraderie and mutual support make every workday feel like a collective effort towards success.

Minpunten

The lack of in-person interaction and face-to-face connection can sometimes make it challenging to build personal relationships with coworkers or have casual discussions.

Pluspunten

There is no pros honestly

Minpunten

Leadership has no real experience or professionalism, and that filters down through the entire organization. AI is used as a crutch for the most basic tasks, which says a lot about the skill level being hired for. The cheapest available candidates are brought on, and it shows communication breakdowns are constant. There is no company culture to speak of, largely because employee churn is so rapid that no one gets a chance to know each other. Task distribution makes no sense given team size, leaving people overworked with no clear path forward. On top of all that, expect heavy micromanagement and zero meaningful career development. This is not a place where you grow it's a place where you burn out. Advice to management: Invest in real talent, build actual processes, and let your people managers lead with competence before expecting results.
