RVP's are split into too many pieces and are more concerned with their own delivery days and their personal sales quota achievement. Consultants fail to show at client meetings and unavailable for collaborative conversations - no sense of urgency -- try to explain that to clients. Poor communication. Town Hall Meetings and weekly meetings waste of time as neither go deep enough into any one topic. Depressing environment - never mind they are one of the lowest paying firms in the industry.
