* Pay is not competitive, similar companies like Digital Ocean and Rack Space pay twice as much * PTO is lower than the national average for service workers, and much lower for tech workers * Location is very expensive and there isn't much to do (rent runs ~1200/month, not including utilities) * Poor work/life balance.
