From day one, the company provides the knowledge and tools needed to be successful in your role. -Fantastic pay structure with very minimal micromanagement and great benefits. -Traveling kept the role fresh and exciting; no two days were the same, and I gained exposure to diverse people and situations.

      -Frequent Travel Demands – As a traveling case builder, the schedule could be intense and sometimes required long hours away from home.

      If you want to make money, this is the place to be. The commission is generous, and the company sets you up for success. Leadership is approachable, and the work environment is supportive.

      You have to be comfortable handling rejection in sales.

      Very nice co-workers. They do have a massive workload that they give to each person, but everyone helps each other out if you have issues.

      Minpunten

      Massive workload, I have over 200 clients and it is hard to keep up with them. Also the higher up's have not changed some rules that definitely need to be updated. There is no PTO. They say you can get a bonus super easy, but it really isn't. Their bonus structure is a a difficult one to follow and there are some people who have been here 2 years and have not gotten a raise.
