Pluspunten
I worked at LitheSpeed 2.5 years and built extremely valuable skills for my career. It was an enjoyable work environment with a strong and inclusive culture. A major benefit to working at a smaller company is access to senior leadership. I had the opportunity work alongside seasoned, expert trainers/consultants which I would not have had at other companies. I learned not just about Agile, but developed consulting and IT management skills from from some of the most experienced and impressive people that I’ve worked with in my career. I also appreciated the flexible environment and that freedom and creativity in work was encouraged.
Minpunten
There were not many cons to working at LitheSpeed. For some, the variety of work may be a con. I had the opportunity to do client-facing and internal work. I enjoyed the variety and internal projects helped foster a stronger company culture. For those only interested in client facing roles, that may be a con. But because of the flexibility in work, a client facing only role could possibly be arranged up-front.
