Pluspunten
This company has a very fair and aggressive compensation structure. Your compensation is a reflection of how productive you are given the base salary and commissions offered. Transparency is also a company value. There are no secrets as far as how you earn commissions and what is expected of you. Management is very open to suggestions and give you the opportunity to ask as many questions as needed to clarify an issue. This is a great company to work for if you work hard and receptive to learning.
Minpunten
The only con for me really is that it was a little far distance-wise from my home, but since it’s a personal con, it won’t apply to everyone. This was offset some by having a hybrid work schedule. I was in the office a couple of days per week and worked remotely the other three days of the week.
