There are many bad reviews mostly due to the pace that the company runs at. There are some people who have a very specific way of thinking and working and they are not looking to improve their ways. Deadlines can sometimes be very demanding. This can build up a large amount of stress as well as tap into your work-life balance. Salary can be better for a tech company. It does get very stressful at times. Social Gatherings have stopped. Bringing social events back would alleviate work related stress.
