      Weird and kinda lacking strategy. Disconnect about what's being said the company does and what's happening. Pretty high turnover on employees in key positions.

      - Tech department do the best by customers. - Decisions can be made pretty quickly.

      - Not a true SaaS company - constant product changes when signing new clients. - Lack of long-term vision from leadership. - Commercial department run the show - constant changes to strategy. - Lay offs every year, usually in January. - No career progression as company is so small.
