Pluspunten
Local Logic is a great place to work! The projects are varied and challenging, and also meaningful, if you're into cities. The company is small enough that you can wear a few different hats, but big enough to have some structure. My co-workers are smart and reasonable; they do good work, but aren't intense about it, and realize that there's a balance between doing things well and getting them done. Management is generally quick to recognize and deal with problems with team dynamics (e.g. making sure everyone's rowing in the same direction). Work-life balance is excellent, with half-day Fridays, unlimited paid vacation (within reason), and a hybrid remote/in-office policy.

Senior leadership could be more present and better at showing the bigger picture / company direction. The company has too many products to support for its size. Teams can be a bit siloed at times. Need to be better about creating and enforcing internal deadlines.
