This means that at any one time you will have 3+ managers. In practice, this means the manager figuring out when you should get promoted or raises will have no real insight to what work you actually do. -The "pay for performance" is a joke. Management seems to rotate high and low ratings so everyone advances in pay at about the same rate over the long term, regardless of performance or actual contributions
