it can be a difficult commute

I worked for Locus for 7.5 years and progressed from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager. When my husband got relocated, I continued working for Locus from home until my first baby. Working for Locus was the most rewarding experience of my professional career. I was in the companies headquarters office in Mountain View. I was surrounded by some of best minds in the industry. What impressed me the most was that company had a clear vision and mission and hired only the best people from great colleges. They provided training and support and focused on their customers. Besides domain expertise that they have in spades, they also assembled the best development team in the EHS software industry. And that was not easy in Silicon Valley when one has to compete with free lunches at Google and alike.

The company is very narrowly focused on EHS and Sustainability software so if you want to do something else you will not find it there. I do not understand why they don't expand to other areas as they have one of the best multi-tenant software platforms out there. They could make an impact in many other industries.
