Long hours often working 12 hours a day 4 days in a row despite the contract stating 40 after which management still wonder why you’re tired and less productive. Unfriendly office staff who seem to believe they don’t need to treat assistants with basic respect. You will need to ask multiple times for basic equipment and restocks while the production office is replenished regularly. Living wage pay which isn’t regularly adjusted.
