my experience was far from positive. The most alarming issue was the company's practice of terminating employees with little to no explanation or justification. This lack of transparency creates an unsettling atmosphere where job security feels nonexistent Moreover, respect for employees is clearly not a priority here. From my perspective, management often disregarded basic professional courtesies and failed to provide constructive feedback. The management team’s approach was particularly troubling—decisions were frequently made without consideration for their impact on staff, and there was a general lack of leadership and support. This combination of poor management and a disregard for employee well-being contributed to a toxic work environment. Employees are left feeling undervalued and demoralized, making it difficult to stay motivated and engaged
