I work with smart engineers on projects with a lot of technical content. It is relaxed work environment with a good social atmosphere.

Minpunten

There is little opportunity for advancement as there is no formal structure within the company. There is significant competition between managers, resulting in conflicting direction.

If you like a small company, then this is it. The office is small and only 4 people can sit and come into the office every day.

Minpunten

No accountability for actions. No follow-through when new policies and procedures are set forth. Employees are stuck in old ways, don't like change. Especially when change needs to happen to be up to compliance for your government customer and assesstments
