The company provide the flexible working schedule, only the seven working hour required. The team leaders have strong leading skill and management experience. The colleges have strong sense of programming and design.

Minpunten

Although Longtop is an international finance support company, the salary of software engineers is lower than average.

Pluspunten

The hourly rate is good. If you work in a vendor capacity, they will retain you (unpaid) when you are between assignments. In other temp agencies, you are dropped the instant the contract expires. The front office staff is courteous and friendly.

Minpunten

They are a temp agency / Microsoft vendor. Most jobs are temporary. If you are not from India, you can forget about a promotion or a truly permanent position. Their benefit package is adequate, at best.
