They claim to be a health tech startup and all but at the backend they are as traditional as the other brokers in the market . The management is resilient to change and to accept new ideas. Their own company insurance data is so so so bad imagine what they would do to their clients. The management Lacks vision on what they want to do and how to scale. It's all just firefighting. They have a trend of firing people every 3 to 4 months so you'd better watch out if you plan on joining this organization.
