Flexible hours, "monthly" outings and great co-workers. Near UTD campus, easy job. Managers are nice and understanding.
Minpunten
Work is boring and tedious. No appreciation. When the owner does come in, you can cut the tension with a knife. Everyone literally stops their conversations when he comes in. Owner hires a bunch of "disposable" UTD students since they're cheap and nearby. Basically, 99% of the workers are students.
