- Massive layoffs, very poor firing policy. They fire people at will, giving reasons of performance. They have a PIP policy which is used only in a few cases. Zero job security.
- This start up is still experimenting and trying to establish better. Organization structure thus keep changing very frequently. Employees suffer when their reporting managers change every few months.
- Company's future seems uncertain.
- Fixed technologies and domain. After a while learning slows down.
