Ample PTO, Day 1 medical coverage, 401k with match, profit sharing, yearly performance based raises, teammates are very knowledgeable in their areas, well maintained fleet of vehicles, friendly culture with numerous events held for employees, opportunities to do community volunteer work.

Management plays musical chairs, not much oversight on the day to day operations until something goes wrong, suggestions to management often go unheard, habitually under staffed, painfully slow interviewing and on boarding process,
