Everything is always a crisis or an emergency. Lack of vision. Poor communication from managment.

Pluspunten

Lucerna allows you to take on as much as you want. If you are really ambitious they love that and will give you responsibility and career growth opportunities.

Minpunten

There is not a ton of structure and senior leadership in the engineering team. Executives are great though.

Some of the employees were friendly. A learning experience on what to avoid.

Minpunten

The company's management has room for improvement in terms of providing clear direction and leadership. Contractors will experience a lot of difficulties with timely payment processing. The onboarding process for new hires is inadequate, with little to no support provided. The pay is not worth the weird and often intrusive hours they expect you to work. Communication within the company could be improved to avoid misunderstandings and inefficiencies. Employees have limited autonomy and may feel that their expertise and opinions are not fully trusted by management. The work environment could benefit from a more welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. There are issues with meeting management, with last-minute cancellations or scheduling changes causing constant disruption. Other team members would often mention how little job security they felt they had which didn't instill much confidence in the company.

Effective communication is also important, and we encourage transparent and open dialogue among all team members. While we do expect high levels of communication, we also understand that off-hours might occasionally be required to meet deadlines or address urgent matters. However, we respect the importance of work-life balance and believe that individuals should have the flexibility to reconnect the following day when needed, rather than demanding instant feedback at all hours and that is how we operate across the board.
