Great people, highly respected company. Has adapted greatly from original ceramic roots and advises successful businesses on highly technical matters. World leading capability in many sectors because it has some of the best scientists (& knowledge) in the world.

Minpunten

Could develop some people more but alot of employees are rewarded with interesting work and decent prospects. Nowhere is perfect but Lucideon has good ethics towards customers and staff.
