Competitive salaries that are aligned with the market. The recruitment process was great - super supportive team who shares what you actually need to know.

Frequent changes in 2025 created periods of internal confusion. The work is demanding and not for the faint of heart, though clarity and direction are much stronger heading into 2026. Benefits are a bit outdated and could use an update. Security here is no joke, you constantly have to sign in and the firewalls are very active. Also - we use Dell not Mac computers here.
