      The Lush working environment is portrayed as this healthy, inclusive, working space. In every sense it is not. There is no diversity in the hiring process nor in moving people up. Oppertunities are offered and retracted or forgotten about. Managers and staff are extremely clique-y to a point that that's where promotions are held. Mental health is treated as an inconvinience. This was the most toxic, cruel, and soul crushing job I've ever had....and it was PART..TIMEEEEE....

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
