      Big company with a bulk of projects. You can find any stack you want. Average salaries.

      Minpunten

      - Big company (a lot of bureaucracy) - it is galley (a lot of cons, main for current moment: in 2020 year they froze salary increase for all employees "becaus of COVID"... in March... in May they published report about increased profit... and still there is no common way to increase salary) - currently it is in process of consumption by another company

      Pluspunten

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Minpunten

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
