      Pluspunten

      Very well internal organization. There is internal platform which you can easily use for your onboarding process, annual leaves, taking internal trainings for upskilling, jiira tasks etc. Very well process for tracking goals and performance reviews

      Minpunten

      Projects are not great, lot of dinosaur companies with lot of technical debt, not too exciting to work on. Plus it is intense pace as it is outsourcing company, there is no time to build team culture

      Pluspunten

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Minpunten

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
