      Positive atmosphere, everyone is very nice.

      Whenever you move or leave for a different company you feel sad because M2 is just a wonderful place to work.

      Pluspunten

      Autonomy, flexibility. If you can take ownership and accountability for your work, people will notice and give you the room you need to write good software.

      Minpunten

      You _must_ be a self-starter. Nobody will be there to tell you what to do. If you aren't an "I got this" person, you probably won't do very well. There didn't seem to be a lot of upward mobility there.
