Director has personal ties with people in known companies thus the projects that comes in pipeline are good. Only because of this I gave this company 2 stars, else I would've given 0 stars.
Minpunten
1. Really bad upper management with worst time & people management skills. They will try and exploit you until you break while they would ACT like they care about you. 2. Worst increments I have seen in my life. I easily got a better paying job in India TCS. IMAGINE. They will underpay you. 3. Time management sucks by senior employees, thus overtime is COMMON. 4. No company culture or values AT ALL. No outing, no gatherings, just work meetings meetings meetings. Do not recommend. I quit less than 2 years seeing how 2 faces the management was.
