Pluspunten

Free coffee/tea, including a couple Keurig machines (bring your own k-cup though). Amount of PTO/vacation time given upon hire is substantial, though does not increase significantly from there. Close to highway and many places to eat nearby for lunches including a new variety of food trucks that come to the parking lot - if you are able to get away from your desk.

Minpunten

Upper management has swelled ridiculously, yet the actual front line employees has declined. There is a lot of miscommunication, distrust and unreasonable expectations. The company is regressing, nor progressing, in every aspect. The employees are not treated well, there is no such thing as positive reinforcement or encouragement anymore. There aren't a lot of incentives in any form. The work environment has become unbearable.

As you might know, we have recently taken on new business opportunities and frequently promote from within. Factors like these might contribute to the sense that the front line employee level has decreased. However, as we grow, we do continually recruit for new and replacement positions.
