1. company (sorry 1 person)...others are just dancing doll. 2. I don't think that bunch at the top management is not self aware. They are best at their own way. But simply they don't want to listen or realize 3. All decision are reverse engineered. I mean decision will be taken out of sleep and some bookish logic will be given and you will be asked for opinion with one choice...mean you need to agree 4. Sometimes not all time decision out of book will be implemented for the period until next book suggest something else 5. You as a employee has to think like management ( one person) ...if not you will be treated like a worm 6. Top management....directors (s) just by title is bunch of people just say and say yes to the top one...most of the meeting are just yes, you are good kind of things 7. Employee...I heard so many times that management saying they don't want any one more than two years 8. No self respect or self esteem

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
