Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Good Life and work balance. Great team work. Minimum commute, was able to avoid traffic on Route 66. A mix of commerical and public sector projects. Nothing too demanding.

Income and benefits are less than mid-size and larger-size firms in the same region.
