Multiple reorganizations show leaders don't have a retail or trading pulse. Extremely low staff loyalty and engagement with staff doing what they have to to stay employed. Fear keeps people silent and stifles different opinions and ideas. Lack of transparency, possibly related to a lack of vision. Extremely generic approaches to business strategy with little tangible direction from leaders.
