-At worst, MG tries too hard sometimes when it will definitely take a loss on profit, this could mean it will be under the discretion of the employee to bring up time sinks to the management to make a decision on moving forward. This is kind of the nature of the business though, at times however, it goes against logic to please the client in every way the client may desire. They have absolutely gotten better at this over the years of me working with them though, and aren't as afraid of saying the words "No we cannot do that under our current agreement" -Inventory system could use more organization, honestly requires more of a system than we have right now -Have to be very good at documentation, not a plus, you have to be
