The culture in the marketing department is fun, all inclusive, and continues to grow exponentially in terms of ability and achievement. Some of the cons listed here are valid, but can many times be turned into opportunities if you pivot and focus on delivering value to the company.

Team work makes the dream work! Ever since I walked into the door, I noticed such a sense of teamwork and investment from my colleges. There's freedom to try new things, to test, to explore. For someone like me that's huge! There's free lunches, company wide events, all of these things really help me get to know my colleges a lot better. Management is also very approachable and always open to answering the questions I have. Overall I'm very happy with my experience!
