As the company is growing fast, there is plenty of opportunities for qualified and motivated people. The work atmosphere is sociable, as is management, and I was surprised to read otherwise on another comment here.

PR work is demanding by nature and sometimes there is time pressure on the workload.. Also, one also run into difficult clients with little PR experience, who do not see the big picture and can generate stress about irrelevant issues.
