I'm working in the Careers/Staffing arm of this company where we place nurses for employment worldwide, we get to work 100% remotely and decide our working hours depending on which country's market we are handling. I believe the other departments they may or may not be remote but some are hybrid too. MIMS compensates me fairly, salary comes in on the 25th of every month never once late. We get 13th month bonus as long as the company is doing well. Company laptop is provided. Good health insurance coverage. My job also comes with a personal bonus paid out annually depending on how many clients I sign and and how many nurses I manage to place successfully - which is another great benefit. There is yearly performance review and depending on performance there is salary increment of anywhere from 3-10% i think or even promotion possibly. I have the best superior/boss as well - they do not micromanage and are very open to my ideas and feedbacks. There are company lunches for every special occasion like Chinese New Year, Christmas etc. where the company takes us for a hotel buffet.
