Since management changed things turned out quite bad in this company. The working enviroment is quite toxic with micro management and trust issues among all employees. All the good things are mostly gone like: flexible program, good atmosphere, paid overtime, days off taken from overtime, raises each year, etc. No games or relaxation room, no floating holidays, no extra holiday days for seniority, no paid trainings or conferences, zero consideration towards employees. And this is bad because there are amazing people in the company that for sure will soon be lost. We have several reporting applications and monitoring tools in order management to check exactly what we are doing every minute which is really bad for your mood and your overall hapiness in the company. The only thing still keeping people here is fear of change or fear to leave in covid times thinking in other places they might be the first fired. Should I mention also the fact that for 1 month they've cut 20% of all employees salary and luckyly because of a new customer we got back to full pay. But this might happen again aytime so it's not even safe. I would never recommand anyone coming here, not unless management changes.
