C’è una cultura del "fare", e ti viene data molta responsabilità fin da subito, cosa che accelera enormemente l’apprendimento.

The concerns about shifts, compensation, and growth opportunities are ones we take seriously. A few things we have in place to address exactly these areas: 🔹 Annual anonymous internal surveys, so everyone can share honest feedback without concern about visibility 🔹 Biannual one-on-one reviews with direct managers, focused on individual development and career progression 🔹 An external advisory board that independently reviews our compensation structure — including gender pay equity — to ensure our salaries remain fair, competitive, and consistent We know that processes alone don’t automatically translate into the experience people deserve.
