      The concept is potentially powerful, but will always be handicapped by a short-sighted, paranoid, and ineffective CEO with zero self awareness.

      Minpunten

      The CEO is a dinosaur's dinosaur; his consistent use of verbal abuse and humiliation as a motivator has created a mercenary culture where nobody contributes beyond what is specifically asked for. He trusts no middle management and is convinced that every major corporation is trying to steal his 'secrets' for energy management. Short version: It's a bit like working for Golem from Lord of the Rings. Actually, it's EXACTLY like working for Golem from Lord of the Rings.

      MPC has gained over $1 billion dollars in energy reductions for major manufacturers in the last 35 years. It has adapted to the changes in technology and business practices and continues to be the leader in energy management. To accomplish this MPC hires the highest quality applicants. Unfortunately on occasion the applicant cannot deliver the results MPC demands. Those individuals are simply not suited for this environment.

      MPC has an amazing mission that everyone in the company takes pride in and is proud to be a part of. There is a strong team environment where people are willing to jump in and help you whenever needed. The pay is very competitive for the industry.
