When MSCI has an open role to fill, we look first at the talented people we already have within the firm. We aim to move people into new roles that are the right fit for their skills, experiences and ambitions while also supporting the firm’s goals. We are also mindful that we do have periods of time where our working patterns, or deadlines, or peaks of work activity can be tough, and we appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making MSCI successful. We are fully supportive of our employees and are keen to promote a healthy balance between work and non work - we try to be respectful of people's time and importance of families and friends.
