Have had to reduce staff in areas of the business Low in office attendance Covid & economy has not helped this organization thrive Still running into issues with outdated, unfavorable client agreements from years ago

Generally the employees were friendly and helpful. The office moved to downtown Milwaukee and it was nice being in a vibrant area.

Pay was low compared to other similar roles. The product was inferior and buggy. As a CSM I was putting out fires nonstop and begging customers for another chance.
