Pluspunten
The biggest pro of working for this organisation were the personal and collegial relationship forged in what were very trying circumstances. The staff at the grass roots level band together for the cause.
Minpunten
There were many cons for working for this organisation and the biggest would be the behaviours of the CEO and COO. Repeated denial there were cultural issues (driven form the top down), flippant decision making and the inability to take on board constructive criticism. Their complete disregard for the concerns of the employees of the organisation speaks volumes and this was evidenced by the multiple resignations of staff - unfortunately those who spoke up were walked out the door. The organisation is fragile in Australia and needs to be significantly changed ASAP.
