Poor management, no leadership in fact leader is not a leader he is a puppet of the HR and communication is mostly guesswork. Endless meetings to test your patience and lower down your standards. Don't even expect a respect, structured planning, decent roadmap and grewth, If you try to bring the change HR will convince the company owner and that will be your last day at office. Salary is given in the cash, no proper documents of salary . List is so long of negative so in short its not an IT company its a LALA company with full of micro and nagative management

The cutlure encourages blames instead of accountabilty and favoritism is openly practiced. On top of that Company founder is not the boss of the company HR is the boss of the company . Only politics, micro management and confusion, no roadmap and no plans, no future strategy, Best company to destruct the career of the employee. Working here drains your motivation and confidence and belive me you will loose all your skills.
