Pluspunten
Depending on what your role is, you will learn a lot. You will learn to work under heavy pressure and stress. If you can handle the many, many cons, working here can lead to a better job in the future.
Minpunten
Low Pay (except for sales), very poor training, terrible onboarding process (people are often given a desk, a few things to read, and then ignored for a few weeks), incredibly high turnover (over 20 people were fired in my two years there, and another 25 left on their own), overall low moral around the office. Management doesn't really listen to employee's suggestions. Middle managers are not really allowed to manage, leading to confusion and disorganization amongst the lower ranks. Upper Managers (mainly the CEO) can be quite rude and disrespectful. He is very nice in one on one situations, but really mean and unreasonable when others are around. The company has a policy of constant chop and change, which means you can spend a month on a project, only to have the entire project cancelled or never go anywhere. Also, your role and position will probably change. They do not like titles, so expect to be confused about what you will be doing. Upper Management has become a little out of touch with today's sales process and what customers need and want, leading to a lot of frustration. There is also a constant fear of being let go, as employees are often fired without warning or explanation.
