You were a respected member of the MTC team! You were treated as a person first and an employee second. It showed when you came to work the atmosphere was a happy and the morale always seemed to be high. This is regardless if you worked at a client or corporate site. No one seemed uptight.
Minpunten
Very few if any. I just wish we weren't sold out to a bigger fish. I understand the economy was rough at the time MTC was sold, but MTC seemed like it was still at the top of the game.
