The culture is good especially for a massive corporation. People are smart and motivated. Lots of support around learning and growing and internally moving.

Minpunten

Benefits are lacking especially for size. Management constantly changing. Future uncertain at a lot of teams. Lots of silo-ing, hard to do cross team projects and access certain things and tools.
