No challenges; No career perspective; People don't think much outside of the box they are afraid to leave their boxes; Kind of international but if you don't speak German you won't feel being part of the family, it's more like a black sheep. People think there is a MyToys way to do something when the sad reality is just people that are lazy or trying to overcomplicate things. People don't take risks, they don't assume responsibilities and like to play safe. This impacts drastically in the technical capacity and makes everything bureaucratic. Sometimes you need to convince a room full of people for small changes, for example, adopt whatever basic community standards for code quality, and if one of them does not agree/want it will never happen. People that do not understand things instead of learning will just run away from it. If you have a lot of energy and want to make an impact, challenge yourself, and your colleagues you will be frustrated. Won't take long actually. Don't come with new ideas, just accept what they already have otherwise you will struggle with a lot of personal interests. But if you still want to bring something, build your clan and make politics. Last but more frustrating one is there still people who like to see someone failing. Its part of your daily business listens to the names of people who failed in something when they were trying to do some good stuff or bring innovation and people there don't realize that a great part of that failure happened because of their behavior. Even before the person fails they start commenting where it will probably fail instead of giving support.
